I can't believe my 20's are over. I remember when I used to think 30 was old, but I still think of myself as young. I think 30's are the new 20's. Here is a summary of what happen in my 20's:
-Got married (when I was 20; I know so young).
-Learned to snowboard.
-Finished my bachelors (psychology) and masters degree (social work).
-Bought three homes.
-Moved 4 times (our first apartment, Rhode Island, our home in Provo, and now our current home)
-Had 2 beautiful baby girls.
-Traveled LOTS (Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii, Costa Rica, Canada, Texas, DC, Florida, Arizona, Rhode Island, NYC, Washington, Montana, Colorado, California, Nevada, Arkansas, Nebraska, really too many states to list).
-Bought a boat and learned to wake surf--my new favorite thing to do!
-Earned my LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
-Worked at a lock down residential treatment center with teenage girls. Lots of interesting experiences there!
-My brother passed away. Worst day of my life....I would like to believe I am a stronger person today.
-Bought 7 cars (Scion TC, Yukon, BMW 330, GMC Sierra Denali, Nissan Murano, Lexus GX470, Ford F-150)
-Started crossfit- I was barely still in my 20's. My new favorite obsession.
-Had gestational diabetes with both pregnancies. Now I'm just type 2 diabetic...so I started healthy eating.
So I'm started the pictures when I was 18. I always hated looking so young. Just in the past few years did people stop asking for an 18 year old ID!
